This morning I trained with the “group” as opposed to having a 1-on-1 with Craig (who has a tummy bug). The group is about 10 people, with 2 personal trainers. The trainers setup a mini circuit and then the group goes through the circuit for 90s at each point with 10s change over in between. It up to you to push as hard as you can at each point. It was HECTIC!

I am glad I tried out the group as in the last week of December I will have a few group sessions whilst Craig is away. Looks like it will be just as much torturous fun!
