Running program – day 12

AWESOME! I felt like a true runner (ok – jogger) last night. We did our first hill (this is the route) and I found it easy :). Our splits were 5m walk, 12m run, 2m walk, 2* 5m run,2m walk. I found that after 10min of running I got to that “state” where I felt I could comfortably continue forever – it was the best feeling ever! But after the walk, the 5m run felt hard, and the last 5m run was very hard.
Last night my hip was a little sore but I managed to sleep most of the night. This morning though, I feel as if I have a tight belt around my chest .. like my bra strap is to tight (but it isn’t)… weird – maybe I breathed to hard yesterday? I’m like an old person – something new is breaking the whole time…
