Running program – day 14

Yesterday we did a similar route to last Thursday but the splits changed. They were: 5m walk, 1 * 15min run, 2min walk, 1 * 10min run, 2m walk, 1* 5min run, 2min walk. I struggled a bit at the end of the 15min run but then slowed down and found the rest easy. Again we were chatting away, and at the end I felt like I had a lot more to give 🙂
On Thursday we are doing a trail run. I am SO excited! I have been looking forward to this run since the first day. The whole reason I’m doing the course is too allow me to do trail runs with my dogs and take in the gorgeous scenery that surrounds me.
This afternoon is my session with the Physio – hopefully it wont be too sore!
